Day 1:  Your first day pet battling.

I didn’t jump straight into pet battles as some did. I was maybe a month behind the first wave of battlers but when I did start it nearly engulfed my every WoW moment. I stopped doing dailies and fell way behind. Let’s put it this way I was waking up with wild pets, that I just knew I had to have, fresh on my mind and rushing to my comp almost immediately.

Day 2:  What pets don’t you like and why?

There are a few that as I’ve leveled them I’ve thought I’ll never use this one again ugh! Usually because I find it’s week but honestly that’s a lop-sided argument because these pets all have thir strengths and weaknesses in the right settings. So if I had to say what pet(s) I just don’t like well besides bugs, (yuck) snakes, spiders, and scorpions  (yikes) it would be ___ because ___.

Day 3:  Who is your favourite pet?  If you could bring it out into the real world, tell me what you imagine you would be doing.

The celestial dragon has been my favorite from the beginning and it’s beautiful! Dragonkins are awesome fighters and heal themselves so “Zemeckis” has saved my team more times than I can count. BUT my dancing water strider “Johnny Castle” quickly found his way into my heart. No it’s not because I named him after hear throb Patick Swayze from Dirty Dancing – although that should be reason enough haha. Honestly it’s because he’s awesome, I find I tend to use him quite often to just blow through my daily pet battles.

Day 4: What was the most epic pet battle/capture you ever had?

Like most other people I didn’t think I would ever get a minifernal but seriously I got lucky and found one closer to the slimes by the water so I would have to say the silithid hatchling because damn it if Tanaris, a desert mind you, never has enough sand storms!!

Day 5: What pet do you want more than any other pet?  What would you do to get it?

I would have to say Mini Diablo because I really miss that little guy!! I used to have this rare trio of pet’s that came with the original collector’s edition but after my account was hacked I lost the whole account. The account had been gifted to me early on and we didn’t know that wasn’t allowed so it became un-recoverable =(

Day 6: What pets have you got in your favourite team(s)?

I have many teams but I’d say my favorite team has been: The Directors — Celestial Dragon (Zemeckis), Darkmoon Tonk (Speilburg), Scourged Whelpling (Burton)

Day 7: Do you use mods?  If you could only have one pet mod, what would it be and why?

I’ve noticed several people have said “PetBattleTeams” so I’ll go with “PetCaught” which is how I am able to mouse over a wild pet and know if I should even both engaging it in battle. This addon appends the roll-over tool tip to include “Caught” or “Not Caught” and notes the quality of your captured pet — for example, Poor, Uncommon, ect…

Day 8: What is the stupidest thing(s) you have ever done in a pet battle?

Easy. I’m nortorius for starting a battle with two or less pets alive or one or more already half health LOL.

Day 9: What is your favourite pet ability?  If you could have a pet with your favourite abilities, what would they be?

I do love the Lock-On and Pump abilities they both do massive damage. But if I could pick the pet I would choose a lovely Sprite Darter Hatchling and give them Ancient Blessing, Reckless Strike, and maybe keep Slicing Wind. And since we’re wishing here I think Reckless Strike should be a 3 round hit much like Rampage.

Day 10: Design a pet!  What model would your pet have, where would it come from and what abilities would it have?

I wish I was as creative as Ancient (Tome of the Ancient) was with her design-a-pet answer but alas creativity was just not in the cards for me.
